The Pregnancy Miracle guide is one of such manuals available out there to help infertile women get pregnant. There is no doubt that getting pregnant and giving birth to a healthy kid brings the greatest joy we humans can ever find. Unfortunately, many women suffer from Endometriosis, PCOS, Chronic Ovarian Cysts and other complications which somehow make them infertile and not able to get pregnant naturally.

It is precisely for this reason that Lisa Olson (who was once a chronic infertile woman) designed the Pregnancy Miracle Guide: To help women get pregnant naturally so that they can also enjoy the joy of not only becoming a mother, but becoming a mother to a healthy kid.

Since the release of her Pregnancy Miracle guide, tens of thousands of women in more than 131 different countries round the world, have benefited from the outstanding getting pregnant - pregnancy secrets she systematically exposed in her book and have naturally conceived healthy babies. Most of these women are now proud and happy mothers; something they thought was not possible for them to pull off.

The best thing about this is that: all these women seem to have gotten pregnant naturally – without the use of drugs, over the counters and without some risky surgery or any other ineffective and expensive practice that can cause unwanted side effects!

But, exactly how did they do it? Well, I talked with some of these Ladies, and most of the ladies I contacted said they only used Lisa Olson’s Pregnancy Miracle Course. It is a scientifically-proven and comprehensive real-world tested and accepted program that’s been popular on the Internet for a while now. There is no doubt that the tips she gives in her guide really works.

Before writing this review, I contacted Lisa and asked her to put me in touch with some of the women she had helped. She was more that happy to do that. I had a live chat with some of these women, including a 41 year old woman who is now a mother of two! They all acknowledged to me that the Pregnancy Miracle is really one of its kind infertility cure program, and that the program helped them a lot. For the purpose of this review, I wanted to know exactly what makes this program so unique. That is why I dug further and found out the following 3 unique factors about this pregnancy program:

1- The Pregnancy Miracle System Contains Proven Schematically Researched Methods Which Helps Women to Get Pregnant Fast While Reversing Infertility Permanently.

It is a fact that about 92.4% of all women who try to use conventional treatment to increase their chances of getting pregnant end up failing. Some of them even end up in a worst situation than they were before! This means that just 7.6% really make it. With the Pregnancy Miracle guide, you can learn now to be among the 7.6% who succeed in making infertility a history to them. I made this statistics while I was compiling data to write this review.

2- The Pregnancy Miracle Guide Can Get You Pregnant Holistically.

It is true that getting pregnant naturally and permanently reversing Infertility can never be done by tackling just one of the numerous factors responsible for childlessness. If you have ever tried to tackle your Infertility using a single-dimensional therapy such as hormone tablets, different sexual positions, or varying your diet and was unsuccessful with it, it is almost certainly because you were only tackling one aspect of the condition, and leaving out the other aspects. From what I found out, not only will the Pregnancy Miracle System teach you the only way to get pregnant naturally, it will also teach you the only way to reverse Infertility for good- What is always referred to as the holistic way.

3- The Pregnancy Miracle Guide Can Help You Get Pregnant Naturally, Without the Use of Drugs or Other Typical Infertility Treatments Available Out there.

It is true that Using drugs, and other expensive painful procedures such as IVF or IUI to cure infertility hardly ever works. Moreover, the side effects involved in theses procedures are pretty nasty. The pregnancy miracle guides is void of such practices and teaches you how to get pregnant naturally. This manual contains enormous Infertility cure secrets from a professional well qualified nutritionist, Chinese medicine researcher and a former sufferer who knows from real-world experience exactly how it’s done. This different knowledge put together is what makes the Pregnancy Miracle Program one of the best in the market right now.

Conclusion:

The “Pregnancy Miracle” is a 240(two hundred and forty) page, instantly downloadable e-book, filled-up from first page to last page with some secret natural Infertility cure methods, exclusive powerful techniques and a step-by step holistic Infertility cure system that Lisa Olson says she discovered after a gigantic 14 years research. For my honest review, the pregnancy miracle program contains all the information you will ever need to once and for all get rid of your Infertility in just weeks, and have the joy to become pregnant naturally within just 3-4 months, without using drugs, without using surgery and without using any of the other harmful side effects techniques being taught out there.

The Pregnancy Miracle program is certainly worth the $39.00 Lisa charges for it. And I really doubt if you can find any other pregnancy program as effective and cheap like this on the market.

How To Increase Your Chances Of Pregnancy

Starting a family is an important decision in your life. The journey through pregnancy and raising a child is indeed an exciting time for you and your partner. Keep in mind, though, that getting pregnant is not as easy as it may seem. In fact, 25% of couples have problems conceiving. If you fall into this group, here are a few suggestions to help you increase your chances of pregnancy :

1. Check your timing

Pregnancy is dependent upon a couple’s fertility. A woman is most fertile during ovulation, when her ovaries release a viable egg. Although chances of conception are highest during ovulation, the fertile period actually begins four to five days before and continues up to two days after it. It is possible that you and your partner are having sexual intercourse outside your fertile period, thereby lowering your probability of pregnancy.

To avoid improper timing, start monitoring your menstruation cycle closely. If you have an average 28-day menstruation cycle, your ovulation will probably occur on day 14.

Therefore, your fertile period lasts from day 11 to day 16, and days 13, 14 and 15 bring you the highest likelihood of pregnancy. Since sperm can live in the body for four to five days, have sexual intercourse just before your ovulation in order to maximize your chances of getting pregnant.

2. Have sex regularly, the right way

Regular sexual intercourse is important when attempting conception. This is because long periods of abstinence increase old sperm count in the semen, decreasing its ability to fertilize the egg. Having sex every two or three days refreshes semen, resulting in better sperm quality.

Nevertheless, simply having sex regularly is insufficient to improve your chances of pregnancy. Also consider your positions during intercourse.

Pregnancy is most likely when sperm is deposited as close as possible to the cervix. Certain positions are more favorable to help this happen. The missionary position and entry from behind are best, because they allow for deeper penetration, encouraging ejaculation closer to the cervix. Avoid positions that cause sperm to leak out of your body. These include female superior, standing or sitting positions.

After intercourse, lie flat on your back with your hips elevated at a 30-degree angle for about 20 minutes. This prevents the sperm from leaking out. It also relaxes your vaginal and cervical muscles, easing your cervical mucus flow and consequently assisting the sperm in making its way to the egg.

3. Change your diet

Being overweight or underweight impacts your ability to become pregnant. In addition, the type of food and drink you consume has an effect on your reproductive system. Therefore, maintain a balanced diet by eating moderately, including food and/or drinks with nutritional values like vitamins C and D, antioxidants, calcium, zinc and folic acid.

Cut down or eliminate the alcohol and caffeine in your diet. Research shows that consuming any amount of alcohol reduces your chance of pregnancy by 50%. Drinking even one cup of coffee each day has the same effect on your fertility.

Xenoestrogens in your food should be minimized as well. These are female hormones that are used in pesticides and other environmental chemicals. When ingested, xenoestrogens cause a hormonal imbalance in your body, resulting in infertility. Buy organic produce to prevent an excess of these hormones in your diet.

4.Get enough exercise

Low impact exercises such as aerobics, cycling, walking and swimming help you maintain a healthy body weight while improving fertility. An ideal body weight keeps your hormones in balance, encouraging pregnancy. However, over exercising can be just as detrimental as not exercising at all.

Exercising too hard and for too long every day drains your body of the energy it needs for conception.

The stress of trying to conceive also has an impact on your chances of pregnancy. Do not worry unnecessarily if you have not become pregnant after one or two attempts. It usually takes at least six months to a year before conception occurs.

If you have been trying for more than a year without any success, consult your doctor or a fertility specialist to discuss possible fertility issues in either you or your partner, or both.

Infertility Treatment

Both men and women suffer from infertility caused by various reasons. However, it’s important for both the sex to undergo treatment for this complicated issue. Various known and unknown factors cause infertility in women. These include diseases like endometriosis, diminished ovarian reserve, ovulation disorders, and low progesterone level. Low sperm count and low sperm motility, STD, injury or chronic diseases, sperm blockage and ageing are some of the reasons men for, which suffer.

Scheduled drugs and systematic treatment can cure most of the above mentioned infertility problems except ageing and chronic diseases, although these treatments are quite expensive and may have harmful side effects. Additional treatment may be required to cure the side effects. Treatments conducted through IVF or In Vitro Fertilization and ICSI or Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection is best among the other methods of infertility treatment. In this technique, the egg cells outside the womb are fertilized by the sperm and then transferred inside. This treatment is suggested when other techniques fail to give results. This technique is a hormonally controlled ovulation progression. In this treatment involves, the ova is removed from the female’s ovaries and helps the sperm to fertilize in a fluid medium. But this is not a normal process at all and involves excavation of the eggs from the ovary, fertilizing them in an outside laboratory and putting them back in the uterus. In the normal process, the human decides to pick the healthiest sperm for reproducing the egg but in the artificial process, the embryologist takes this decision. However, when he fails to pick the healthiest sperm and egg, it may cause the ill health of the child during birth and even later in life.

Some alternative techniques with a holistic approach are fast becoming popular in order to cure the problem of secondary infertility. These techniques are all the more preferred by people as these have less or no side effects at all.

What Are The Signs Of Infertility?

Infertility is one of the leading causes of fights among married couples because of their desperate desire to have a baby and to start a family. Here are the signs of infertility to help you decide if you really need medical help. If you think these signs are relevant to you, then make sure you will mention these to your doctor or ob-gyne.

1. Irregular menstruation or not having your period

Amenorrhea is the abnormal suppression or absence of menstruation. A woman should have regular menstruation every month but if you’re delayed or is having an irregular menstrual cycle, then this could mean that you’re infertile.

Amenorrhea may also be caused by changes in the organs, glands, or hormones. The possible causes can be the failure of the ovaries, issues in the central nervous system, malformed reproductive organs, hormonal imbalance, or too little body fat.

2. Miscarriages

Miscarriage is the premature expulsion of a fetus from the uterus. It is not always a sign of infertility because they may also be caused by genetic problems or unknown issues. But if a woman experiences repeated miscarriages, she should be tested to see if it is an issue with her reproductive system.

3. Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a disorder with the lining normally found in the uterus grows on the fallopian tubes, ovaries, or even on the tissue lining your pelvis. While many women with healthy bodies go through this monthly menstruation, an exceedingly painful or heavy period may be one of the signs and symptoms of infertility. Women with endometriosis experience pelvic pain together with the normal menstrual comfortableness and this condition may cause infertility.

Best Time To Get Pregnant

One of the most frequently asked questions about pregnancy is the best time to get pregnant. It is neither the Christmas time nor the Valentine’s Day. One needs to be good in mathematics if one is serious about getting pregnant as it totally depends on the ovulating days. Now the question arises that how should one calculate this crucial time? For people who are good in mathematics need not worry but others should get hold of an Ovulation Calculator.

It is important to have some knowledge about one’s own body and its functioning in order to find out the probable dates of ovulation. The ‘post ovulation time’ or the ‘Luteal Phase’ is the period between ovulation and the first day of the menstrual cycle. This period consists of fourteen days and is the same for most women. After fourteen days of the ovulation the period starts. Now what one needs to know is the date due for the next period. By counting back twelve to sixteen days from this date, one is likely to get the days of ovulation. Generally, women who have a cycle of twenty eight days, ovulate on the fourteenth day. Since this is so important to know in order to get pregnant, the ovulation date can also be checked through the BBT technique or the Basal Body Temperature. This is a method that involves the recording of vaginal temperature every morning by a BBT thermometer (with a fine calibration). The thermometer displays a higher temperature on the day of ovulation that the other days.

To explain this fact in a simpler way, the egg starts developing from the end of the menstrual cycle and between the 8th to 12th days it is at its maximum. So the chance to get pregnant is the most if one has intercourse on the 8th, the 10th and the 12th day. This is the most effective time to get pregnant. One shocking fact related to getting pregnant is that the egg lives only for a period of 12 to 16 hours in a cycle! Many gynecologists are of the opinion that the life span of the egg ranges from 12 to 24 hours. But the fertility experts say that it is likely to wither away within 15 to 16 hours. So it is important to hit it at the correct time!

My Pregnancy Story

My husband and I decided to hold off from getting pregnant for the first 4 years of our marrige. After those 4 years, we tried so desperately to conceive without any success.

With worry and frustration, we decided to see a local gynecologist. We did a few tests, but results showed that both my husband and I were “A-OK”. After multiple treatments of clomid, tests, and lifestyle changes, 3 years later, we saw no progress.

We took some time off to relax and just get away from the stress of trying to conceive. Our original gynecologist left to a different clinic, so we moved our records and started seeing gynecologist #2.

We again began clomid and went through a second round of testing with the new clinic. We were told again that there was no reason why we shouldn’t be able to conceive. A year later, with still no luck, our gynecologist suggested that instead of going through IUI (mainly due to my age), we seriously consider IVF.
